we aim to provide a pleasant shopping experience and excellent service. If there is any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges service within 15 days from the date when you  get it and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.
Please noted that you must contact us at service@onelovedress.com firstly to return/exchange products to us. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you.

If any product has quality problems or damage, we accept your return or exchange. However, due to the low wholesale price, we can not bear the return shipping cost; your order shipping cost is not refundable under any condition.

RETURN

  1. The Cancel order, We can offer the order full refund if your order have not been shipped. We do not accepted order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped. If you still want refund, we will refund you after we receive the parcel you returned.
  2. Please carefully select the size according to your BWH parameters. Confirm the color size when ordering. If you want to return the item not fit (It is Not Quality Problem), please contact us for customer service. You can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your firstly ordered product if it have already been returned in original condition to us. Any refund will be issued after the return parcel received in our warehouse.(Non quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected.)
  3. All products must be returned under normal conditions. If the product is damaged (returned due to non-destructive reasons), perfume smell, large smudges, we will charge 50% of the fee.
  4. Color may vary due to lighting on images. The product detail images are closest to the true color of the product.
  5. We don’t cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service or by DHL which is authorized by receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don’t use PO Box address. Make sure you can accept the post service.
  6. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered but not received.

EXCHANGE

  • Item do not fit
  1. You can make a new order for a new size and return the wrong size item to us. We will refund you when we got the returned item.
  2. We will reship you new size dress after we receive the parcel.
  • Item damaged
  1. If the order you received is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, we will deal with your problem immediatel and replace a new one for you.
